With the blue metal base prepared, position your synthetic lawn and trim to shape. If using more than one roll of synthetic turf , make sure the turf blades or grains of the grass fibers point in the same direction.
Synthetic Turf joins using adhesive tape
To seam synthetic turf together, align two pieces of synthetic turf edge-to-edge and use self adhesive joining tape supplied along the length of the seam.
Secure in place
Self adhesive joining tape will allow joins to keep intact. To secure your synthetic turf joins, use U shape galvanized turf pegs around the perameter of turf area and where necessary to keep your synthetic lawn flat.
Groom your artificial grass

Once you finish with turfing the synthetic lawn, use sand infill. It is highly recommended. Infill makes the blades or filaments in the artificial turf stand up and improves the look, weight, feel, drainage and life expectancy of the artificial turf. The most popular infill for synthetic lawn is sand because it is readily available, cost effective and environmentally friendly.
Use power broome on sand infill which helps to keep the fibers up. Periodic brooming and rinsing will keep your Artificial Turf looking fresh, natural and beautiful for years to come.

TIP :The sand infill is very important so don’t compromise on quantity. It not only improves the look of the lawn but more importantly it protects the backing from the UV rays.
